Reseller: An individual or entity that purchases the Service from IQSmartBoost Promotions to offer it to their own customers.

Customer: The end-users who purchase the Service through the Reseller.

Products Table: The remote database table connected to the Reseller's website, containing product information and cost prices.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Reseller Obligations

• Accurate Representation: Present the Service accurately to your customers without misleading claims.
• Pricing: Set your own pricing based on the cost prices provided, adding your desired profit margin.
• Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to marketing, data protection, and business operations.
• Support: Provide basic support to your customers or direct them to our support channels as necessary.

5. Initial Deposit Requirement

To activate the Service, Resellers are required to make an initial deposit of $35. This deposit demonstrates seriousness and commitment, grants access to the script panel for boosting and system familiarization, and acts as operational proof for business continuity. The $35 deposit will be available as credit for transactions within the system.

No Refund Policy: IQSmartBoost Promotions operates under a general no-refund policy. However, refunds may be granted in specific instances like partial or canceled orders.
